Anomaly scan is one of the most important scans during pregnancy. Usually done between 18–22 weeks, it helps check your baby’s growth, organs, brain, spine, heart, hands, legs, and overall development in detail.

This scan can help detect certain birth defects early and gives parents and doctors an opportunity to plan the best care for mother and baby. Early diagnosis can make a big difference in ensuring a safer pregnancy journey.

Never skip your anomaly scan during pregnancy.

When is Hysteroscopy needed?

Hysteroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure used to diagnose and treat problems inside the uterus. It may be recommended in cases of:
• Heavy or irregular periods
• Infertility or repeated IVF failure
• Recurrent miscarriages
• Uterine polyps or fibroids
• Abnormal bleeding after menopause
• Removal of retained IUCD or adhesions inside the uterus

With hysteroscopy, many conditions can be diagnosed and treated accurately without major surgery.

Not every gynecological problem needs a hysterectomy. Many conditions can now be managed with advanced medical treatments, minimally invasive procedures, or uterus-preserving surgeries. Before deciding on surgery, consult an expert gynecologist to understand all your treatment options and choose what’s best for your health and future.

Low AMH is not the end of the road—it’s simply a marker of low ovarian reserve, not your fertility destiny.

With good egg quality, timely ovulation, and a healthy lifestyle, natural conception is still possible. And if needed, options like ovulation induction or assisted reproductive techniques can help you achieve pregnancy.

Don’t lose hope—the journey to parenthood is still very much possible.

Panicked after seeing a low AMH report? Take a breath.

Low AMH is not the end of your fertility journey. It reflects quantity, not the quality of your eggs—and many women still conceive, naturally or with the right assisted reproductive techniques.

The key is not to panic, but to consult, evaluate, and plan the right approach for you.

Craving chocolate during pregnancy? It’s okay to indulge—but in moderation. A bite or two is perfectly safe, but avoid overdoing it. Opt for dark chocolate as a better choice, while milk chocolates are best kept occasional due to higher sugar content. Balance is key for both mom and baby.

Craving mangoes during pregnancy? You’re not alone.

The good news—mangoes are safe to eat in pregnancy when consumed in the right quantity. Rich in vitamins A, C, and fiber, they support immunity, digestion, and your baby’s development.

How much is safe?
Moderation is key. About 1 cup (150–200g) of mango a day is generally safe for most pregnant women. Avoid overeating as excess sugar can lead to unnecessary weight gain or raise blood sugar levels.

Safe tips:
• Always wash and peel properly
• Prefer fresh over packaged mango products
• If you have gestational diabetes, consult your doctor

In today’s uncertain world—geopolitical tensions, natural disasters, financial stress—pregnancy can feel overwhelming. But don’t let fear and constant negative news take over your mind.

Stay connected with your family. Speak openly with your doctor. Seek support when you need it. Maintain your daily routine, move your body, practice meditation, and turn to prayer or mindfulness—these small steps can bring calm and strength during this journey.

Your mental well-being matters just as much as your physical health. You’re not alone in this.
