ACNE AND NUTRITION ⏬

✅ If a patient has acne, a diet may be of significance and vice versa. Certain products could provoke rashes, and it can be determined only in a empirical way.

🥛ACNE AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
Facts & data towards the interdependence between acne and dairy products has been around for a long time. For example, one extensive study (47 355 women) found that those who were drinking 2 or more glasses of the skim milk a day, 44% among them were more likely to see a doctor concerning a rash eruption.

🙀 There is also data taken from another study realized in Malaysia (88 participants). It was found out that there is a correlation between acne appearance and consumption of the milk & ice cream.

👌🏽 Another research conducted in Italy in 2012 has provided an information that there is a link between a consumption of the skimmed milk and an increased risk of acne. Pursuant to the same study, yogurt and cheese were tested as well; these products did not affect a skin health of the participants.

Essentially, we could say that there is a link between a consumption of the dairy products ( low-fat products) and breakouts; however, there is still not enough a precise information based on the conducted researches so that to see how dairy products could affect a skin health.

🍬 ACNE & SWEETS
Effect of the glycemic load plays a role in acne appearance. Increase of insulin in blood speeds up a concentration of the insulin-like growth hormone. And it leads to an increase of the androgens production. Skin receptors, sensitive to them, begin to produce more sebum while exacerbating acne.

😵‍💫 However, interconnection between a chocolate consumption and aggravation or severity of the skin health has not been scientifically proven.

🍔ACNE AND FAST FOOD
There is also an interest in regards to the presence of the same interconnection in case of the consumption by patients with acne a food containing trans fats, then a fast food, sausages.

2.Superficial chemical peels with acids (my top Italian peel is Bior5, without a rehabilitation period)

3. You should add retinoids to your skin care; they will improve an outflow of sebum (surface skin fat) and an exfoliation (renewal) of the epidermis

4. You ought to choose a lightweight sunscreen that is non-comedogenic and mineral.

Enlarged pores

👩🏻‍🎓PORES are pits on the skin, openings through which sebum and sweat are leaving out.

☝🏽 Whatever the age & the ethnic group, everyone could have the enlarged pores👱🏻‍♀️🧔🏽‍♂️👳🏽‍♀️Some ethnic groups may have larger pores, especially those of African and Indian origin.

WHILE AGING, PORES ARE BECOMING LARGER.
