It’s unfortunate that marketing gimmicks get a lot more attention than actual clinical work.

This video shows how a procedure- most likely a laser lipolysis or a chin liposuction- dramatically reduces the fullness and gives very sharp contours, almost immediately.

Let me state two major facts about laser lipolysis/Forza or chin liposuction:

1- the ‘befores’ are not so unrealistically full: there’s a whole lot of liquid anesthetic solution- tumescent anesthesia- added to the treatment area prior to starting the procedure. This anesthesia gives a whole lot of fullness, and that’s a must for anyone undergoing this procedure.

2- results are almost never, so immediate as this video makes one believe. It takes almost a month to ‘start’ seeing results once swelling starts to go down.

Forza laser and chin liposuction, both are very effective procedures. However, marketing unethically using unfair imagery, often sets unrealistic expectations among patients and leads to an overall unhappy experience for patients.
