Some moments look quiet on the outside,
but there’s a lot happening within.
Most people move through life carrying tension
they’ve normalized for years,
without ever questioning it.
We’ve been taught to use our minds,
to analyze, fix, and find solutions.
That works in many areas of life.
But not when it comes to what the body.
I’ve learned that not everything needs to be solved.
Not everything needs to be figured out.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is pause, return to the present moment,
and listen to what your body has been
silently holding.
Sensations often carry a message,
one that can free us from the burden
of holding it all inside.
In times like these, we don’t need more information,
We need spaces where we can slow down enough to feel.
That’s where the body finally begins to let go.
