Life is so precious….

It’s not the big moments that shape our hearts the most it’s the little ones.

Like coming home to our dog Toffee, and seeing her tail wag like she hasn’t seen us in years.
Or hearing her tiny paws at our bedroom door in the morning, bursting with excitement to jump into our bed, just to be close to our energy again.

Toffee isn’t just a dog.
She’s joy.
She’s healing.
She’s unconditional love in the purest form.

She taught us to slow down.
To appreciate moments like running on the beach, watching her play in the waves, or seeing her light up every time she meets a new friend on our walks.

But here’s the truth most people don’t know…
My fiancée was allergic to Toffee when we first brought her home.
Not just a little sneezing — full body reactions, panic, fear, shutdown.

And what we discovered changed everything.

She wasn’t just allergic.
Her body had created a defense mechanism — a subconscious response to trauma she experienced as a little girl.
Not once, but twice… she witnessed dogs being mauled and killed in front of her. Her nervous system locked in the fear. And her body, trying to protect her, turned dogs into a perceived threat.

But guess what?

She healed herself.
Through auto hypnosis and deep subconscious reprogramming, she went back to that scared little girl inside… and set her free.
She released the trauma.
She rewired the fear.
She created new pathways in her brain, because neuroplasticity is real, and when you access your subconscious mind, miracles happen.

Today… she cuddles Toffee. Sleeps next to her. Breathes her in. Loves her with no fear.
Because she healed what was buried. And now?
Toffee is her medicine.

This is the power of subconscious healing.
This is what’s possible when you stop running from your past, and start reprogramming your future.
