In Ayurveda Leucorrhea is not a “local problem”. It is a sign of major dosha imbalance in the body which needs proper healing & not band-aid treatment!

Normal vaginal discharge is considered natural lubrication.
Leucorrhea becomes pathological when discharge is excessive, sticky, foul-smelling, itchy, or associated with weakness and pain.

I often get told that I talk a lot about Vata, and not enough about Pitta.
So here it is. This one is for all the Pitta minds out there 🔥

In Ashtanga Hridayam (Indriya Sthana), Acharya Vagbhata beautifully explains the mental and physical qualities of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha prakriti.
This post is inspired directly from those classical insights.

A Pitta mind is sharp, intense, decisive, and powerful.
It can build, lead, and transform.
It just needs cooling, not suppression.

If you would like to explore these Ayurvedic insights in depth, my course begins on 24th January (Saturday)
⏰ 6:30 PM IST | 5:00 PM Dubai | 9:00 AM EST

And tell me…
Do you have a Pitta mind? 🙂

By the way, do you have a Pitta Mind? :)

I remember in the morning of Jan 1st 2019, I posted a story:
“New Year 2019 Resolution: Slow Down”

That year due to COVID, I slowed down, you slowed own and the entire world slowed down!! :)

Ever since, Iv not made new year resolutions! Coz what if! 😂

But even though I do not have any new year resolutions, I personally have some goals for me:

1. Be present more - focus on completing just one thing at a time!
2. Be more patient. Completely trust the timing of universe! Stop chasing anything! It will come when it is meant to come, I don’t have to run behind it!
3. Add value. Consciously give more time and attention to the closest people, the people who matter the most..not just my family, friends, but also my team…
4. Learn (new) skills like delegation, ability to confront etc…😅
5. I believe my purpose of life is bigger than me; Still I need to prioritise myself more!

What is the soft skill you would like to learn in 2026?

In Ayurveda, endometriosis and PCOS are not seen as isolated diseases.

They are expressions of imbalance.

Most commonly:
• Aggravated Vata causing pain, irregular flow, and movement in the wrong direction
• Kapha imbalance leading to cyst formation & stagnation
• Pitta involvement causing inflammation, heat, and hormonal disturbance
• Weak Agni resulting in Ama accumulation that blocks channels
• Disturbed Apana Vayu affecting the pelvic organs

When the root imbalances are corrected, and the Agni (digestive fire/ gut health) is awakened, the body gradually normalises.

If you would like to know more about our Agni Awakening Program, DM me
Love & light,

Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
