Feelings matter more than actions. Let them open up in their own words.
🛑 Listen without correcting or fixing
Silent presence can be more powerful than fast solutions. Just be there.
🤝 Share a little about yourself too
When you express your own emotions, you teach them emotional courage.
🌙 End with warmth
A kind word, a hug, or a prayer—they go a long way in making your child feel safe.
