Time to step up and focus on myself and make this life worth.
Learnt a lot from past and now I am moving forward by investing time in present to become a good version of myself in future.
Everyone have difficult times
So do I
But I think the best is how you come out of this and still survive.
I allways failed myself in selflove because I thought making others happy will make me happy.
But now I know if you feel good in yourself then only you can make others happy.

World is nothing but men made for men.
This is a big shame and a root reason why people don't support feminism or why some womXn also are still on men's side.
This is the society we are growing with because its all made up by men for men.
Men allways used their power and strength to be on top and have this superiority and manipulated everyone in a sense that no one should stand for womXn
Then how do you thing people will be on feminist's side

Stop being in this trap of men made society.

And one more thing for my fellow men please dont take this as granted as well that ges I will support women.
They dont need support
They just want you to be there by their side to listen thats it.

If they need support they will ask dont show you fake masculatlnity again and say I wanna support womXn.

And one more thing being on womXn's side is not gonna chage your gender

(Half Squat Pose) is practiced for the deeper opening of the hips, forming part of the Hip Opening Yoga Sequences or for deeper stretch of the groin and inner hamstrings.

Skandasana (Half Squat Pose) is a variation of Malasana (Squat Pose), where one leg is stretched out towards the side while balancing the body on the toes. The extending and stretching of the leg releases the hips lower stretching the inner thighs and groin deeper. This pose also forms part of the Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) series.

Inversion poses are beneficial to the practitioner as it send a refreshing boost of energy or prana to the brain. Blood circulation in the head and upper body is improved, therefore reducing nervous disorders and improving and stabilizing one’s emotional state.

The Anjali Mudra is the practice of meeting the hands together by the sternum in a “prayer position”. This hand gesture is used frequently during the practice of yoga. It is not only used at the opening and closing of yoga classes, but also during some of the other yoga asanas. Anjali is Sanskrit term which means, “to offer” or “to salutate”, and the term Mudra means “seal”. So basically, it symbolizes that we are “honoring and celebrating this moment”.
It is important when we do our yoga practice to understand the reasons why we are doing what we are doing. That way, we can do it mindfully and with intention, so we are not just following a procedure.

The explanation given by Krishnamacharya is my favorite:
“This gesture signifies the potential for an intention to progress to greatest spiritual awakening. When done properly the palms are not flat against each other; the knuckles at the base of the fingers are bent a little, creating space between the palms and fingers of the two hands resembling a flower yet to open, symbolizing the opening of our hearts.”
Once we truly understand what Anjali Mudra means and we embrace the reasons for it. This can help us ensure the position is based on humility rather than an ego expression, or to achieve perfection on a physical level.
