🩷💙Double blessing🩷💙

When Dr Amal decided that we need to be delivered early than expected, mum was very anxious and concerned . The pregnancy journey was smooth and concluded with a safe beautiful delivery via cesarean section on 3/1/26. We had a short ( one night ) at NICU to make sure that we are safe .
Trusting your doctor’s decision and experience to guide you through your your pregnancy and birthing plan is crustal for your safety .You are always at the center of the care been provided by your medical team.

Here I am, sharing my journey with you about breast cancer screening It was a quick and smooth process .

I grow up seeing members of my family and closed friends go through a painful journey with breast cancer diagnosis and its devastating outcomes in some of the members . My best friend , , childhood friend ( who is watching this reel today ) fought for her life at age of 40, proudly I say she is a warrior .
Sadly , where I come from , there are many healthy ladies loss their lives for Breast cancer.
There was no formal awareness about health screening . Hence, educating the closest circle about this is a paramount of spreading the word.

Lately , there are many conflicting theories about benefits of mammogram and some of them against it.
Let me tell you , the risk of dying from mammogram radiation is far less than you dying from a car accident though we still drive our cars daily ( in my case 😊, the risk is higher as I need to drive my car faster than anyone some times to save a life , hence my risk of dying of car accident is higher than mammogram radiation every two years !!😊)

Ultrasound scan will. It be enough to find out a very small cancer change , mammogram and MRI do .
If you do not want to do it for yourself do for the loved ones in your life your kids , your parents and all people who will be hurt and sad seeing u loss for a nasty diagnosis .

أمشي لطبيبتك واطمني، المتابعة مهمة ليكِ وللبيبي، وربي يقومك بالسلامة 💕

تخيّل زوجتك تمر بتجربة حمل صعب أو أطفال أنابيب أو توها والدة…
وجسمها كله متغيّر… مش بس شكلها، حتى هرموناتها متخبطة

كونوا سند… مو سبب ضغط 💔
وإذا كنتِ تمرين بهالفترة، تذكري: التوازن ممكن يرجع… بس نحتاج نسمع لجسمج، نفهمه، ونعالجه صح.
