Did you know muscle pain is more than “soreness”❓

It often comes from tight fascia (the web-like connective tissue that wraps muscles) and trigger points that lock muscles into painful, reduced movement. 🌐💥 These restrictions can reduce strength, limit flexibility, alter posture, and keep pain active long after the initial cause has healed.

What is Myofascial Release (MFR)?
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a skilled, hands-on therapy that treats the fascia and its restrictions directly. Through gentle, sustained pressure and guided movement, the therapist locates sticky or tense areas and encourages the fascia to soften and glide normally again.
