New Moon in Capricorn šŸŒ‘

January often pulls us straight into doing, striving and planning.
This New Moon is an invitation to reset instead, to slow down, soften and listen inward before moving forward.

Through ceremonial cacao, breathwork and sound, we open a different inner doorway — one that quiets the mind, awakens the heart and brings the nervous system back into harmony.

Cacao opens.
Breath expands.
Sound integrates.

I’ve learned that the most powerful journeys are the ones that slow us down.

Spirit of the Wild is an invitation into nature, into presence, simplicity, and deep connection.

A few days of yoga, safari, shared meals, quiet moments, and awe… guided by the land itself.

This retreat also gives back —> with all profits supporting conservation, education, and the local community.

For those who feel called by nature and depth,
I’d love to welcome you.

What do you believe makes a yoga class truly meaningful?

I’m sharing this from a place of deep respect for this path.

Teaching yoga is not something we complete after a training.
It’s something we keep studying, questioning, and refining — again and again.

Standing in front of a room means holding space for real people, real bodies, and real lives.
That responsibility asks more of us than sequences and cues.

This work is beautiful. Sacred, even.
And it deserves our continued devotion šŸ•‰ļø

If you’re a teacher reading this:
keep going.
Keep learning.
Keep showing up with integrity.

I know I’m trying šŸ¤

Life is not a journey to a destination,

we’re not here to rush to the end,

but to enjoy each step.

dont give up on yourself šŸ¤

One of the things I love most about yoga is how endless it is.

I started like so many do, drawn in by the movement, the asana. Then came the trainings, the teaching, the retreats… and little by little I began to feel that inner whisper: there’s more here for you.

The philosophy didn’t feel accessible at first. Big concepts, dense texts, I wasn’t sure where to start. But I kept following my curiosity.

Last week something happened. I enrolled in a course about Shakti: faces of the goddess. The first video was about Kali, goddess of power.
and a few hours later my mom randomly sends me a photo of Kali from a guided tour she was doing, in Valencia - Spain (😯). Mind you: we’ve never spoken about Hindu philosophy in our lives!!
I couldn’t believe it.
These moments of synchronicity, whatever you call it — feel like gentle confirmations that you’re on the right path.

Yoga keeps showing me that the journey doesn’t have a finish line.
Only layers. Only openings. Only more truth to uncover.
And I’m grateful to be walking this path, with you. 🩵

This is how our Spirit of the Wild retreat truly looked and felt — real moments, real magic, real connection.

Last March we practiced yoga under the African sky, meditated with the sound of the bush, shared meals by the Olifants River, and witnessed wildlife in their home… a once-in-a-lifetime experience that stays in your bones.

I can’t wait to return next May and create this journey all over again with a new group of beautiful souls.
If you feel the call, all the details are waiting for you in my link in bio. 🐘✨

bringing sound healing to brand events ✨

not too long ago, I was on the other side of this world , organizing beauty launches, scouting locations, coordinating influencers, arriving at sunrise to make sure every detail was perfect… and meeting some of the most iconic artists like Priscilla, Hung Vanngo, Gilbert Soliz, and even Rihanna herself.

life has shifted since then…beautifully, intentionally. I now find myself in a space that feels much more aligned with who I am… yet every now and then, the two worlds meet again.

hosting a sound bath for felt like a full-circle moment. A beauty brand that truly puts wellbeing at the heart of what they do, choosing to open their event with presence, breath, and inward connection.

It was an honour to weave a little stillness into their world. ✨

sometimes the most sacred thing
isn’t movement… it’s pause

I’m learning to trust the quiet chapters,
the ones where it looks like ā€œnothing is happeningā€ on the outside
but something is quietly rearranging on the inside

it’s uncomfortable sometimes…
to not act right away,
to not push,
to not force an outcome

but patience is also a form of faith

and maybe this is part of the journey too,
to let myself soften into the moment I’m in
instead of rushing into the next one

because I’ve noticed that the more I slow down,
the more I truly feel the truth in my body
and from there the next step reveals itself naturally

🜁

here in the water I’m remembering
that alignment doesn’t usually arrive with noise
it arrives with clarity
