Can we be both?
For a long time, I tried to please everyone and forgot the most important person to please: 🙋🏻‍♀️

Showing up authentically doesn’t mean not being nice. It means that the people around you know what to expect, that you can verbalize your needs, and that you can say yes or no,
without guilt.

As I weave more of the Yoga Sutras into my classes, I’m reminded that SATYA — living in truth — starts right here: in the courage to be both kind and real.

The closest thing to a Thai massage (without the elbows ☺️).

You will never receive all the guarantees you’re looking for. There will never be absolute certainty. And you’ll never be able to see all the obstacles on your path before you begin. You only ever have right now and a pull in your heart that can’t be ignored. There is only ever this unexplainable feeling within telling you, go this way.
