Not all signs are problems… some are proof your body is working well.

These small daily signs often mean your gut, metabolism and sleep rhythm are doing what they should.

Chocolate Energy Nut Clusters 🍫⚡

One of my favourite sweet snacks when I want something indulgent but still supportive of steady energy.

Made with nuts for healthy fats and protein, plus a little MCT oil for an extra energy-supporting boost.

These honestly never last long in my fridge.

💩 Most people don’t talk about their poo… but honestly, it can tell you so much about what’s going on inside your gut.

I can’t tell you how many times clients come to me thinking their digestion is “normal”… and when we actually talk about their bowel habits, it turns out they’re going every few days, straining, seeing undigested food, or constantly feeling bloated.

And the truth is - your 💩 poo doesn’t lie.

Things like constipation, floating stools, loose stools, or even changes in colour or consistency can all be signs that something deeper is going on in the gut.

It might be poor digestion, imbalanced bacteria, sluggish gut motility, or issues breaking down fats properly.

But because so many people feel embarrassed talking about it, they ignore it - and carry on thinking it’s just “their normal.”

One of the biggest things I say to clients is this: Your bowel habits are one of the clearest windows into your gut health.

If things don’t feel right, it’s usually your body trying to tell you something.

And this is exactly why I use functional stool testing in clinic-because it takes the guesswork out and shows us what’s actually happening inside the gut.

If you’ve noticed changes in your digestion or bowel habits, or feel like something isn’t quite right, send me “GUT” and we can figure out what might be going on.

I see this all the time in clinic - women doing everything “right” but still not losing weight.

If this sounds familiar, DM me “HORMONES”

I see this all the time… 👀 Clients coming to me saying
“my blood tests are normal but I don’t feel right”

This client had: hair loss, bloating, fatigue, eczema + thyroid issues

She was doing all the “right” things but nothing was actually improving

So instead of guessing… we tested

And her results explained a lot:

✔️ gut imbalance
✔️ hormone disruption
✔️ poor thyroid conversion
✔️ oxidative stress

🙌🏼Once we worked on those properly, things started to shift

😬Her hair shedding reduced, bloating improved, energy picked up, even her nails got stronger (which people always forget to mention but it says a lot)

TSH has started coming down too - still a work in progress, but we’re moving in the right direction. This is why I don’t like throwing random supplements at symptoms. There’s usually a reason things are happening 🤔

If you feel like something is “off” but you keep getting told everything is normal… it’s worth looking deeper

👉🏻DM me “TESTING” if you want to understand what’s actually going on in your body 🤍

🍏 You’re eating healthy. You’ve cut the junk. You’re trying to look after your gut.

But you’re still bloated, tired, or struggling with digestion or skin flare-ups.

So what’s going on?

One of the biggest things I see in clinic is people doing all the right things with their diet… but still feeling awful.

Because eating healthy doesn’t automatically fix underlying gut dysfunction.

Things like:
• gut dysbiosis
• yeast overgrowth
• low stomach acid
• poor digestion
• gut inflammation

can still be happening in the background.

This is why many people feel confused when their tests come back “normal”.

💩 Functional testing helps us look deeper at what’s actually happening inside your microbiome so we can stop guessing and start working with your body.

👉🏻If you’ve been eating well but still feel like something isn’t right, send me the word “GUT” or comment below ⬇️ and I’ll tell you which test may be helpful for your symptoms.

Lately I’ve been really intentional about how I wind down - especially on busy days 🤍

Pranamat has become a simple part of my evening routine to help my body slow down, release tension, and properly switch off.
Small rituals like this make such a difference to how rested and regulated I feel.

If you’re someone who struggles to fully relax, this is worth trying ✨

💥Psoriasis isn’t random - and it isn’t “just a skin issue.”

If you’ve tried creams, eliminated foods, changed your diet over and over… yet the flares keep coming back, there’s usually a deeper reason.

In clinic, I rarely see psoriasis driven by one thing.
It’s often a combination of gut imbalance, immune activation, stress hormones, and toxic load - all quietly fuelling inflammation from the inside out 💥

That’s why guessing can feel exhausting.
And why blanket advice doesn’t work for everyone.

💩 When we test, we stop asking “what should I cut out next?” and start asking “what’s actually driving YOUR flares?”

🧪 If you’re dealing with persistent psoriasis and want clarity instead of trial-and-error, DM me “PSORIASIS” and I’ll guide you on the right next step 🙏

💥You’ve tried steroid creams, anti-fungal shampoos, and food eliminations… but the flare-ups keep coming back.

🦠Because psoriasis isn’t just a skin issue. It’s an immune issue. And a gut issue. And sometimes a toxic burden issue.

🔥 Psoriasis is a sign your body is inflamed on the inside - and it’s showing up on the outside.
But most conventional approaches only treat what they can see.

🧪 I use functional testing (stool, Metabolomix, mycotoxins) to uncover what’s happening underneath your skin.
Think:
🔹 Gut imbalances (candida, leaky gut)
🔹 Poor detox pathways
🔹 Nutrient depletions (especially Vitamin D, zinc, biotin)
🔹 Chronic immune activation

Then I build a 6-week personalised protocol to calm inflammation from the inside out.

If you’re tired of band-aid solutions and want to understand the real root cause of your skin flares -

👉🏻DM the word “SKIN” and I’ll guide you on the best next step to test, not guess.
