Am I good enough?
Many people want to wait until they’ve read enough books, been to enough workshops, and watched enough interviews and documentaries, to reach that magical moment that will take all their fears away. They wait until they are ready.
Overcoming fear does not happen by reading books or going to workshops, nor it happens by sitting at home waiting for the magic or miracle.
It happens when we step out of our comfort zone and say: here I am world.
When we do that, we tell the world, Universe or however you want to call it, that we are ready.
And, when we do it once, guess what, we can do it again, and again.
It’s the continuous action that creates the sense of being enough. The sense of being ready.
For all of us out there, there is no magic moment. There is only Now 🌟

It is always such a joy and blessing to share a healing space with Larnie. On our very first session, my intuition and Reiki guidance drew me to work specifically on the left front and back leg.
Later on, Larnie's owner told me she suffers from arthritis.
She seems to be enjoying a hands-on approach.
Thank you Larnie. I learn so much from you, every time.

I rely a lot on my intuition when practising Reiki. It is important to let animals decide on the type and the duration of Reiki treatment. We let them lead the way. Some pets will prefer distance healing, while some would be very comfortable with a "hands-on" approach. Some will snuggle up beside you while others will walk away when they feel they have enough. Either way, Reiki energy is equally beneficial 🌈
