As a Reiki & Shadow Master, I’ll be taking you through a beautiful journey of shadow work, ecstatic dance, somatic flow, and meditation, where you’ll:
• Release what no longer serves you
• Reconnect with your emotional and bodily awareness
• Restore balance, clarity, and inner harmony
This is a journey of courage and tenderness, exploring the parts of yourself that long to be seen and integrated. The parts that maybe don’t yet know how to be felt or seen
