Oversharing, posting your feelings on social media, is just broadcasting your emotions. It’s not vulnerability.

Simon Sinek () explains how vulnerability happens privately. It happens when you allow someone to help you. It happens when you let someone in. It happens when you’re brave enough to show you need someone to help you do a job when you’re feeling lost.

Watch him explain why being vulnerable is difficult.

When Shonda Rhimes () says women need to brag more, she isn’t asking you to become arrogant. She’s asking you to stop shrinking.

Somewhere along the way, many women were taught that if we work hard enough, someone will notice. But the loudest voice in the room isn’t always the most capable, just the most comfortable claiming space.

So claim yours. Say the thing you did. Own the result you drove. Mention the risk you took. Your achievements don’t become less meaningful because you speak them out loud.

Bragging, done right, is not ego. And the world can’t reward what it doesn’t see.

Are you worried about how people perceive you?

Kate Winslet shared a powerful insight in a recent interview. She revealed she doesn't worry about what people think of her, but she cares about how she makes people feel.

So keep staying real, stay empathetic and choose yourself every day instead of trying to be someone you arent. 💯

Brené Brown () says fear is universal.

The armor we use to hide through perfectionism, cynicism, or overconfidence is the real problem.

It protects us, but it also blocks connection, creativity, and a wholehearted life.

True courage is dropping that armor.

And shedding it can be simple: Notice when you’re performing, say something a little more honest, and let yourself be seen one inch more than feels comfortable.

Small cracks in the armor are how courage gets in.

Monica Lewinsky refers to herself as "patient zero" for cyberbullying and had her reputation destroyed at a time when social media was not as prevalent.

And while she's grown over all of it gradually, she still struggles with regret sometimes.

In a recent podcast, she shared how her therapist helped her understand that not every regret means you chose wrong.

Sometimes it means the choice mattered,
and so did the version of you who wanted the other path.
