EXERCISE..?

Sport is an excellent tool for developing not only physical aspects, but also inner ones, connected to your will. Inspired by the results, a person begins to feel a surge of strength. After external changes, internal changes immediately occur, and within them - changes in the behavior of others.

Sport gives a completely new quality of life. But the devil is in the details. We mostly noticed only visible results, not paying attention to important nuances.

At the moment of conquering new heights and increasing loads, we pay attention only to large muscle groups, which we develop. Are we thinking at this moment about other important muscles that support the healthy position of the internal organs? Unlikely.

One of the pillars of our organs are the pelvic floor muscles, which experience tremendous pressure during strength training.

If you do not know how to use them correctly at the right time, then intra-abdominal pressure can harm not only the muscles of the pelvic floor, but also the internal organs.

You will not encounter the consequences immediately, however, the incorrect performance of strength training will sooner or later will be felt.

Where does freedom begin?

No matter how paradoxical it may sound, but real, absolute freedom begins with discipline.

Self-discipline and understanding that the responsibility for your life, for happiness and health lies entirely in you - the first step to a completely new quality of life.

For .ae freedom is to independently choose how to live this day, this year, this life and be responsible for your choice.

❕To endure the inconvenience or solve the problem is my responsibility.
❕Draining or multiplying energy is my responsibility.

We are sure that you have heard about Kegel exercises for pelvic floor muscles. And you may wonder what is the difference between what can be done at home and our trainings with Biofeedback Technology - PELVIC GYM.

Here are some tips for you to reduce stress:

🌿Exercise.
Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress due to production of serotonin and dopamine (hormones of pleasure and good mood). You can hit the gym, or if there’s no desire to sweat out yourself, go for trainings with yoni eggs 💫


🌿Reduce your caffeine intake.
Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses can increase anxiety.

🌿Spend time with friends and family.

To strengthen any muscles, it is enough to make them work: strain and relax a certain number of times. With internal muscles, everything is not so simple.

They are not under our conscious control, because they usually work reflexively, without our participation, for example, during sexual arousal.

Special training equipment that gives biofeedback solves this problem. They inform about the amount of muscle tension during training, increasing its effectiveness and showing all your efforts on the computer screen in video format.

This is called biofeedback technology. The more accurate it is, the faster the result will be.

The most recent development among women's exercise equipment is electromyographic (EMG) sensors. The advantage of the signal from the EMG sensor is that it selectively captures the amount of tension in the pelvic floor muscles, without reacting to the abdominal muscles. This allows you to accurately measure performance and track progress.
