Lately, I’ve been getting more boys for sessions — and it’s a beautiful thing to see 💙
But I also notice how many of them find it hard to get in touch with their feelings and express them openly.

So I’m holding a special workshop exclusively for boys aged 13–17 — a safe and empowering space to help them connect with their emotions and express them in healthy, confident ways.

Grateful to host a meaningful corporate workshop on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being for the staff of AMIT International Group — a safe and insightful space where we explored how stress shows up in the body, ways to regulate our emotions, and practical tools to bring more calm and clarity into our workday.

From understanding the mind-body connection to experiencing gentle emotional release through EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), this workshop was also a reminder that mental health isn’t just a personal journey — it’s a shared responsibility within every organization 💛

3 days of learning, vulnerability, laughter, fun, stories, and deep connection.
My EFT tribe truly is one of the most supportive communities I know.

We came together to celebrate our wins, reflect on our lessons (and mistakes), and take inspired steps forward on our journeys.

All of this was made even more meaningful thanks to our incredible mentor and teacher, Shirin Gazder, who never fails to push us to grow, stretch, and shine.

I’ve rarely taken a break from learning throughout my life. Except for a year or two here and there, the journey has always been about growing, exploring, and staying curious. I’m deeply grateful for both the opportunities and my inner drive that keep me discovering new areas of interest.

I’m now officially a certified Mind-Body Syndrome Practitioner. My work focuses on helping individuals with chronic physical symptoms that often have roots in unresolved emotional trauma. I also work with techniques that help reprocess the pain signals generated by the brain—bringing relief and deeper healing.🧠

Endless gratitude to my parents, my husband, and my son—my unwavering cheerleaders.
My hope is to reach and support more people who are silently struggling.

That said, I’m giving myself a little more time before I begin practicing—so I can deepen my understanding and show up more fully. I look forward to supporting you all soon.
