Chronic yeast and other infections? You’ve got to crack the pathogen code with proteolytic enzymes.

Yeast (like Candida) often hides inside biofilms (protective protein + sugar matrices). Proteolytic enzymes are able to degrade/ “digest” these protein structures, exposing yeast to immune attack or antifungal compounds you choose to go for. Without attacking biofilms, your result from any other antivirals are weak. And the improvement can only be temporary.

When yeast triggers chronic inflammation, proteolytic enzymes also help calm the immune system by reducing inflammatory debris.

The most common question I get, “Why am I always bloated”?!!

While there is no one single simple answer, one of the reasons is for sure the food you eat. We are conditioned to believe certain foods is our normal but looking at it from functional point of view - it’s no bueno!

Other reasons are : poor liver & bile function, candida overgrowth, parasites, leaky gut, other bugs. Will address it in the next nags.

But when it comes to food. Some promote bloating, this is how it is. Switching to more supportive for the gut health foods would be the first step.

My day starts with ginger tea bomb. I juice fresh ginger weekly, and freeze the liquid. Then throw one ginger ice cube in my hot water every morning with lemon. Solid digestive lifehack.

We ran around - Middle East’s largest exhibition testing everyone’s grip strength. Why? Because grip is the universal measure of health.

It outperforms blood pressure, cholesterol, and even smoking status as a predictor of mortality (Lancet, 2015). Weak grip = higher risk of heart attack, stroke, and early death (BMJ, 2018).

Most people don’t realise their thyroid is under-fuelled.

Low energy. Hair loss. Constipation. Slow metabolism. Mood swings. All symptoms that your thyroid is starved of nutrition.

Iodine is the switch that powers thyroid function, but 70% of the population is deficient. And iodine alone isn’t enough. Without selenium, zinc, vitamins A, C, and D (plus solid ferritin), your thyroid simply can’t fire.

Alcohol is losing its grip. 🚫🍷

For the first time in history, more people are questioning whether “a drink a day” is actually healthy.

Spoiler: it’s not.

What we’re seeing instead:

- A rise in non-alcoholic alternatives
- Sober dance floors packed with energy
- Younger generations prioritising self-care over hangovers

This isn’t about restriction. It’s about clarity, energy, and choosing long-term vitality over short-term numbness.

So ask yourself honestly… what’s your relationship with alcohol? And what could change if you got curious about sobriety?
