The spinal accessory nerve, as part of the subtrapezial plexus, often gets entrapped between the rhomboid and trapezius muscles. I've posted several times about it before. One common symptom I haven't mentioned before is pain with neck rotation. People will often get neck pain when turning their head to the same side as the entrapment. Holding your arm on that side across your body as you do chin tucks can sometimes help with mobilizing the nerve.
