Today, after a six hours complicated Spine Surgery, I enter the lift at Al Zahra Hospital Dubai Al Barsha.

One young man was already in the lift. He smiled and acknowledged my presence.
He asked me how I was doing. I smiled and told him I was good. And asked him how he was doing.

He smiled and said he had consulted me at Saudi German Hospital Dubai. I hazarded a guess. "Low back pain?" He nodded. I asked. "How is your backache?"

He pointed to his right ankle and said, "You had given an injection at my ankle."
Curious I asked him, "How long did your pain relief last?"
He laughed and said, "It's been one and a half years that I have been pain free. Today I have have come to consult you about my father-in-law."

I didn't ask his name. He was happy and that is the only thing important.
