As a yoga teacher, mastering the most complex postures is not enough. If you don't understand the science of yoga or see postures as a tool to evolve spiritually, you are only teaching aesthetic and physical movements.

Knowing how to execute a posture does not necessarily mean understanding the anatomy behind it, the potential risks it may pose, or how to suggest appropriate modifications.

Teaching yoga is a skill in itself, that requires continuous practice, personal growth, and overall understanding. It is knowing how to listen and respond to the specific needs of each participant.

As a yoga teacher, mastering the most complex postures is not enough. If you don't understand the science of yoga or see postures as a tool to evolve spiritually, you are only teaching aesthetic and physical movements.
