With the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, many people who fast experience headaches during the first days of fasting due to a number of sudden changes in their daily lifestyle. These include abstaining from food and drink for long hours, which leads to a drop in blood sugar levels, as well as stopping caffeine intake for those accustomed to drinking large amounts of coffee and tea, especially in the morning.
