Step into a world of profound self-discovery and healing with our unique event that blends the ancient practice of walking on nails with the soothing power of sound healing. This journey will reconnect you with your inner strength and support, providing an experience that touches both mind and body.

Who is Ella ? Your Guide

Ella, a seasoned practitioner of yoga and wellness, will lead you through this transformative experience. Since 2016, Ella has been immersed in the path of yoga, culminating in her first Teacher Training Course (TTC) in Kazakhstan in 2019. Her journey has led her to explore various modalities, including the sadhu board, vipassana meditation, kirtan chanting, and Bhakti yoga. With certifications in sound healing and a dedication to self-growth, Ella has been organizing wellness events since 2021, including collaborations with major wellness festivals in Dubai

What to Expect:

Our carefully curated program includes:

- Intention Setting: Begin with clarity and purpose.
- Singing Release: Free your voice and spirit.
- Guided Meditation: Center yourself in the present.
- Body Movement: Awaken and prepare your body.
- Walking on Nails: Challenge and empower yourself.
- Sound Healing: Relax deeply with restorative sounds.
- Sharing Circle: Connect and share your journey.

Note

- The practice of standing on nails can profoundly shift your state of mind and body, helping to release inner fears, outdated beliefs, and emotional blockages.
- Remember, pain is tied to tension; learning to let go will ease your experience.

Contraindications:

Please avoid participation if you have any of the following conditions: pregnancy, blood diseases, cancer, epilepsy, heart conditions, recent strokes or heart attacks, high fever, open wounds on feet, fungal infections, or mental distress. Additionally, refrain from attending if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
