Our Story
The latest addition to yoga studio’s in Dubai is our’s “Namaste Yoga” a studio devoted to enthusiast who aspire to discover the true essence of yoga and benefit from it. Why we chose the name Namaste is usually spoken with a slight bow and hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointing upwards, thumbs close to the chest. This gesture is called Añjali Mudrā or Pranamasana. It means “I bow to the divine in you”. We teach yoga with humility and reverence, for we believe that the body and mind are pathway to one’s soul. It is with utmost respect and commitment that the instructors of our studio impart and assist all inclined to leading this way of life. We are serious about what we do and passionate about grooming our students to achieve a holistic connection with their body, mind and soul, energizing them to lead healthy disease (from dis-ease to ease) free lives.
