About women’s health. Hormones. Midlife. And everything that no one prepared us for.

As a Board-Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Menopause, I’ve spent years helping women understand their bodies - not fight them.
But I realized something deeper: education can only go so far if no one is talking about it.

Three years ago, I was running on empty.
Smiling outside, struggling inside.
I was stressed, tired, and my skin was the first to show it.

Breakouts, dullness, inflammation — I tried every product, but nothing worked.
Because the real problem wasn’t my skin.
It was what I was putting my body and mind through.

No sleep. No proper meals. Too much pressure.
Always saying yes. Always putting myself last.

The change didn’t happen overnight.
It started when I began taking care of myself — not just my skin, but my health.
Eating better. Sleeping more. Moving my body. Slowing down.

And slowly, I started feeling better.
Looking better was just a bonus.

I’m sharing this because I know so many women feel this way.
Burnt out. Lost. Like nothing’s working.

You’re not alone.
Start with one habit. One meal. One walk. One better choice.
That’s how it starts.
