Dr. Mahmandar was born and raised in UAE, Dubai and underwent his medical training at University of Ajman for Science and Technology (AUST) in (2007) and completed his residency at Dental University Hospital of Ajman University – Faculty of Dentistry which is accredited training center by the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland at (2011). During his clinical training period, Dr. Mahmandar was keen to improve his management & leadership skills so he join the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (RCSI) School of Healthcare Management – National University of Ireland and completed his Master degree in Quality & Patient Safety in Healthcare Management (MS. QPSHCM) (2009), Also Dr. Mahmandar is a Juris Doctor and hold a Master degree in Medical law and ethics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (RCSI) (2011) and Certificate of Advanced Dental Education from European University College in (2012). Currently Dr. Mahmandar completing his specialty training in orthodontics from Malmo University Sweden . Education:
