Workshop 14 September 09- 17h:

How trauma affects the function of the body and how we can support it.
What is trauma and how does it affect the body and behaviour?

Understand the relationship of trauma and the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to better understand the role of the ANS in our mental, physical, physiological health and performance.

You will learn to bring a moment of peace to the client’s system to support self-regulation and its self- repair mechanisms.
With attentive and compassionate negotiation through touch and presence we will learn to support the systems responses and gestures that need to complete.

This Spatial Medicine approach supports the activation and completion rhythm of the ANS to build on the clients capacity for self-regulation.

September 13: Private sessions between 12-17h.
September 14: Workshop 09 - 17h.
September 15: Practice session 09 - 12h.

Karin a été et est notre plus grande inspiration 💕✨ Nos nombreuses années combinées d’études du neurofascia et du mouvement avec elle nous ont amené à créer notre label fascia_by avec l’ambition et la mission d’informer, d’instruire et de sensibiliser les professionnels du mouvement, du sport et de la santé, principalement en francophonie, à l’importance de considérer les recherches modernes sur le fascia dans leur pratique d’entraînement et thérapeutique.
