Safety Skills Training DMCC (SST), an Ellis International company, is excited to announce the addition of two new team members!
We’re pleased to welcome Lloyd De Bruyn as an Examiner/Trainer, joining us in early July. With over 13 years of experience in the region and hands-on work across several current SST clients, Lloyd brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, professional approach to safety training. As an ILTP Instructor for the past three years, he’s earned high praise from peers and leadership alike. We’re thrilled to have him on board.
We’re also delighted to welcome back a familiar face: Emma Jane Forrest returns to SST as Business Development Director. Since her previous time with us, Emma has gained valuable operational experience and completed her MBA. She steps into a strategic role focused on driving thoughtful, sustainable growth while enhancing the way we serve and engage with our clients. Emma brings insight with curiosity, a strong understanding of both our business and the industry, and we’re genuinely excited to have her back on the team.
We’re equally proud to announce the promotions of Charne Schnetler and Sean Stepowany to Client Services Directors and Cecille Pascual to Finance & Administration Director.
Cecille has been with SST since 2022 and in her new role she will manage the growing finance and administration team, continuing to provide consistent and valuable support to the operations teams and all our international clients.
Charne, approaching a decade of service to the team, will now lead our work across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Her dedication, deep client knowledge, and consistent leadership have played a key role in our development and success.
Sean, who joined SST in 2021, will take on responsibility for Asia and Oceania, bringing his thoughtful approach and strong client relationships to the next level.
Ana Lopes continues to oversee all SST activity across Latin America and the Caribbean, based in São Paulo. Ana’s regional focus and grounded leadership remain central to our success in that part of the world.
Together, these developments mark an important step in how we shape our team for the future by building stronger local connections, deepening our client focus, and setting the stage for meaningful, regionally informed growth.
Please join us in warmly welcoming Lloyd and Emma, and in congratulating Charne, Sean and Cecille. We’re excited about what lies ahead and very proud of the team that’s helping us get there! Please contact us anytime on info@sstworldwide.com to discuss your aquatic safety training or consulting needs. We look forward to speaking with you soon.
