We create a structured training programme for you to follow with the option to check in with us weekly or monthly, to make sure you are staying on track. We do the programming, we tell you exactly what you should be doing...all you need to do is follow it. You can do this anywhere in the world, at home or when you travel. If you are new to training, want a coach to train you remotely or to ensure you are lifting with the right technique, LIVE online PT sessions are available. 2) Nutrition

Nutrition Plans available, tailored and customised to help YOU reach your goals. Understand more about your body, your Basal Metabolic Rate and how many Calories your body needs in relation to Weight Loss or Weight Gain. Find the foods that work for your lifestyle by understanding the different types of Macronutrients and how to utilise this on a daily basis using portion control and a balanced diet. Plans can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

3) Health & Fitness

Training Programme available, specific to YOU and what YOU want to achieve. Follow a structured training programme to enhance your performance and physique. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get back into exercise postpartum or have a sport specific focus, you need to exercise with a purpose. By following a programme you are much more likely to achieve results and see a change. Training programmes can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

Definitely didn’t expect to be hiding from missiles & drones attacking Dubai on St.Davids day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Loud explosions, panic, fear & uncertainty.

The UAE ministry of defence has intercepted many of the missiles. Last night was difficult but we’re hoping tonight will be better.

For the last few hours there haven’t been any, so this could mean it’s de-escalating.

Thanks to for making Welsh cakes despite all that’s gone on in the last 24 hours.

This was tough. I’m someone who likes to eat & if I haven’t eating within a few hours, my stomach is rumbling & telling me about it 🙋🏼‍♂️

I wanted to try 72 hours, no food, only water. Prior to starting, I did two days of intermittent fasting 16:8.

I chose to start the fast on Friday 7pm & finished on Monday 7pm. I didn’t know how my body would react, so wanted Day 1 & 2 when I wasn’t working with clients & it worked out well that way.

If you are considering doing a 3 day fast like this, first you need to identify for what reason are you going to do it. Then check with a doctor to see if it is safe.

I felt lighter, could think clearer & my body was free from all aches. Swipe across to see how it affected my body & weight 👆🏼

Exercise & Ramadan tips 🌙 🇦🇪

If you are fasting, remember to adjust the way you train.

Reducing the frequency, the intensity & the load is safer but also smarter so that you can manage your energy expenditure better.

By doing this you also avoid the risk of fainting & getting injured.

This is my 11th Ramadan in the UAE & every client of mine who is fasting has their own approach.

The longest I’ve had ever gone without food was 16 hours ❌🥑🍗🥩

I’ve just completed 72 hours, no food, only water & electrolytes.

The fast started on Friday evening 7pm & finished Monday evening 7pm (yesterday)

I’ve put together a few clips above, of updates throughout the 3 days.

There are a few reasons why I decided to try this. I’ll share in another post 👌🏼

There are more examples than I have photos of, but my point is this…

If you are a parent or want to have children one day, what do your daily habits look like?

Do you have good habits that you can pass on to them?

Are you setting a good example of the standards you want them to have?

If you are constantly on your phone, if you are always ordering food, if you don’t exercise, there’s a high chance they will copy.

Set standards. Be the example & they will follow 🙌🏼
