3 different options to suit YOUR individual training preference. We create a structured training programme for you to follow with the option to check in with us weekly or monthly, to make sure you are staying on track. We do the programming, we tell you exactly what you should be doing...all you need to do is follow it. You can do this anywhere in the world, at home or when you travel. If you are new to training, want a coach to train you remotely or to ensure you are lifting with the right technique, LIVE online PT sessions are available. 2) Nutrition

Nutrition Plans available, tailored and customised to help YOU reach your goals. Understand more about your body, your Basal Metabolic Rate and how many Calories your body needs in relation to Weight Loss or Weight Gain. Find the foods that work for your lifestyle by understanding the different types of Macronutrients and how to utilise this on a daily basis using portion control and a balanced diet. Plans can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

3) Health & Fitness

Training Programme available, specific to YOU and what YOU want to achieve. Follow a structured training programme to enhance your performance and physique. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get back into exercise postpartum or have a sport specific focus, you need to exercise with a purpose. By following a programme you are much more likely to achieve results and see a change. Training programmes can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

Increasing your NEAT can help you burn 200-500 cals extra calories day 🔥 let’s say your goal is fat loss, that’s super helpful.

If you work a corporate job or a job that involves a lot of sitting down every day, you need to pay attention & increase your NEAT.

A 1 hour gym session isn’t enough & will only equate to a small part of your day & your TDEE.

Some people rely on their 1 hour gym session or exercise class to be active. Yes, it’s better than doing nothing but how you move throughout the day can have a bigger impact.

Try to:
👉🏼 Carry your own shopping at the supermarket
👉🏼 Clean your own car
👉🏼 Taking the stairs to your office on the 10th floor
👉🏼 Wash the dishes instead of using the dishwasher
👉🏼 Vacuum your house instead of using a maid or cleaner.

If you don’t live in Dubai, you may not be familiar with the convenience of having the above done for you but years ago, this wasn’t the case.

And years ago, less people were obese with less health problems.

So if there’s a time to increase your daily movement, it’s now!!

Use this post as a guide to what compound movements & exercises you should be doing on a weekly basis.

I’ve spoken before about whether a total body workout or a muscle group split is best. That depends on a few things, mainly how much time you have to train, what your goal is & how many times can you train each week.

Personally, a total body workout works best for me & most of my clients. We can train the same muscle group multiple times across the week. If you look at the exercises above, I will consistently do weekly. This allows my body to get familiar to the movement & I can add progressive overload to get stronger & better each week 👊🏼
