Little yogis 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 🧘controlling their breath by blowing little pom poms (our planets🪐) mindfully with a straw onto the universe chart. It was so beautiful watching them doing something so simple like breathing with control. Life is breathing and breath is life.

Balancing on one foot not only requires concentration, focus and patience, it’s also important to have a good grounded stand and an easy, light heart ❤️ in order to lift with grace. Try it for 20 seconds without wobbling - and if you fall out of the posture - It’s ok! 😊🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️

Warrior II — Virabhadrasana II — is one of my favorite standing postures which represents the future, the present and the past. I am looking into a bright future of 2021, focused and concentrated. I am grounded in the present and that alone requires strength and stability. The past is behind me - it’s acknowledged and not forgotten, it’s in fact part of me. We are all warriors! Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous New Year 2021.
