Today marks

World Menopause Day, and it’s also exactly one year since we held the very first GCC Menopause Summit, a milestone that set the stage for a powerful movement across the region.

What began as a vision to bring women’s health into the spotlight has grown into a thriving community that champions education, open conversations, and shared experience

 

We created the Summit to ensure that no woman feels she has to navigate menopause alone, and to provide the knowledge and support needed to help every woman thrive through this stage of life.

As we look ahead to our second Summit on 23rd October, we’re filled with excitement to build on the momentum and continue breaking down barriers together. This is more than an event; it’s a celebration of strength, sisterhood, and the power of community.

We can’t wait to see you there as we unite to learn, inspire, and uplift one another. Together, we’re changing the narrative around menopause.

When I talk about menopause management MHT is
a vital topic of conversation. I go through the options that women have, and then clients have further discussions with medical professionals to ensure they get the right treatment. What is also part of that conversation is all the other options you have to help manage menopause. This is sometimes the harder conversation because these are harder to apply

MHT is only half of the solution to a healthy menopause.

2024 will see the very first GCC Menopause Summit taking place in Dubai on the 18th of October, with regional and international experts uniting to discuss the natural biological process that will affect 100 percent of women worldwide. 

 

The GCC Menopause Summit will be an annual event that will raise awareness & break the taboo of menopause.

 

Held at the iconic Museum of the Future, the summit will have a full schedule designed to educate and inspire attendees from both the medical profession and the community alike.
