Our Association can provide its members with a complete benefits platform comprising of medical, life insurance and retirement and savings plan options. These benefits programs are completely portable and remove the problems associated when members change jobs and/or companies. We have developed a Career Management Centre which will provide members with a robust, independent evaluation and assessment process, formulation of individual development plans and a professional candidate presentation for use in achieving their career aspirations, irrespective whether this be a more senior role within their current discipline, or in fact an aspiration to become a General Manager. Given the potential size of our key executive database, members will be able to be considered for a wider range of job opportunities, as they come to hand. It is acknowledged that approximately 70% of first time General Managers will come from this talent pool. The Career Management Centre will also be supported by a Centre for Professional Development offering a raft of programs/courses, both online and open programs from leading institutions with industry certification for members to choose from. We are in the process of building a community forum for members to actively network, share best practice and build relationships within each of their disciplines, as well as a partner forum offering our members product and services at discounted prices. A philosophy of giving is a cornerstone of our Association and is represented by our intention to provide subsidies and scholarships for members and their families.
