1) Shoulder Shrugs - Bring your shoulders up and down and repeat a few times
2) Neck Rolls - Close your eyes and roll your neck around slowly in one direction and repeat in the opposite direction
3) Leg Kicks - Sitting down take turns lifting each leg, once leg is up make small circles with your foot and repeat on the opposite leg

is a great way to eat your vegetables and add more liquid during the month of Ramadan. It becomes hard to eat from all the food groups on just 2 meals and cram all the liquids our body was deprived of during fasting hours. Its important to keep your muscles active during this holy month so they don’t atrophy. Even as little as 2 to 3 times a week of 30 min exercise will help. The best time to do it is after breaking the fast by an hour. Make sure you have a small meal like dates and soup, rest and give some gap, exercise, and then have your main meal.
