This intraoperative moment shows a case of punctal stenosis — a small but significant cause of chronic tearing.

Using a 3-snip punctoplasty and a Mini-Monoka silicone tube, we restored normal tear flow while preserving canalicular function.

💧 عندما لا تتصـرّف الدموع بالشكل الطبيعي… تبدأ بالانهمار المستمر.

في هذه الصورة من غرفة العمليات، نرى حالة تضيّق في نقطة تصريف الدموع (Punctal Stenosis) — سبب صغير لكن مؤثر في مشكلة الدموع المزمنة.

باستخدام عملية ثلاث شقوق (3-Snip Punctoplasty) مع أنبوب سيليكون صغير (Mini-Monoka)، تم استعادة التصريف الطبيعي للدموع مع الحفاظ على وظيفة القناة الدمعية.

✨ بضعة مليمترات فقط قد تُحدث فرقًا كبيرًا في راحة المريض وثقته بنفسه.
