Today’s case features a 63‑year‑old patient who previously underwent spinal fusion at L4‑L5, followed by a second surgery at L3‑L4 for adjacent segment stenosis. After returning with new right‑leg pain, imaging revealed another adjacent segment disease at L2‑L3, causing severe lateral stenosis and nerve root compression.

When the Achilles tendon is too tight, normal ankle movement becomes impossible.
