I’ve successfully completed an intensive Harvard Medical School course on Women’s Health and Menopause, earning 42.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

This live program offered a deep dive into the latest evidence-based insights on menopause and midlife women’s health, guided by global leaders in the field.

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from top clinicians and researchers, and I’m excited to translate this cutting-edge knowledge into better care and support for women navigating all stages of menopause.

Onward in the mission to close the gender gap in health and wellness!

What a fantastic evening with British Mums in Dubai yesterday, where we opened up a powerful and much-needed conversation about menopause.

Together with Sharon James, Women’s Wellness Coach, and myself (Consultant Gynaecologist & Menopause Expert), we created a safe space to empower women with knowledge, break down barriers, and challenge the stigma surrounding menopause.

It’s so important that we give menopause the attention it deserves, and I’m grateful to all those who joined us for an evening of shared experiences and valuable insights. Let’s keep this conversation going!
