غزارة الدورة الشهرية من المشكلات الشائعة لدى النساء، وقد تكون ناتجة عن أسباب هرمونية، وجود ألياف رحمية، اضطرابات في بطانة الرحم، أو فقر الدم، وأحيانًا تكون مؤشرًا لحالة صحية تحتاج إلى تقييم طبي.
قد تظهر غزارة الدورة على شكل نزيف شديد، طول مدة الدورة، الحاجة لتغيير الفوط الصحية بشكل متكرر، أو الشعور بالتعب والدوخة أثناء الدورة الشهرية.
