This week started strong.
I ran 5 km for the first time in my life.
I slept better and longer than I have in the past 16 months. 🥲

But I couldn’t follow my training plan the way I wanted to.
Few days ago I did weights, Today, I pushed myself again but, I completed 2/3 of the workout and then stopped.
I couldn’t really feel my body.
I got dizzy — and that was my sign. 💀

And that’s okay.

Not every day is about pushing harder.
Not every win looks like finishing everything you planned.
Sometimes, the real win is knowing when to stop.

There’s a limit to everything.
Strength isn’t about ignoring it —
it’s about respecting it.

Tomorrow is a new day.🫂❤️

I didn’t sleep last night.
Just like I haven’t for the past 16 months. 💀

And still — today wasn’t an excuse kind of day.
It was a showing up kind of day.
Not because I felt amazing.
Not because I was rested or fully ready.
But because consistency doesn’t wait for perfect conditions.

Not perfect. Not fully rested.
But present. Committed. Showing up anyway.
That’s how progress is built —
quietly, repeatedly, on ordinary tired days.

I don’t always know how I’m managing it.
I don’t always know where the energy comes from.
But I do know this —
I’m handling it. I’m adapting. I’m doing it my way.

Not perfectly.
But consistently. And that’s enough. ❤️

Why your body needs time — especially after pregnancy?

Pregnancy and birth don’t just change your body physically —
they affect hormones, sleep, recovery, energy levels and the nervous system.

Even months later, the body is still adjusting.
Muscles are rebuilding.
Tissues are healing.
Energy is slowly finding its balance again.
This is why progress can feel slow —
and why rushing only creates frustration or setbacks.

Your body isn’t behind.
It’s doing exactly what it’s designed to do — recover.

Give it time.
Support it with movement, rest and patience.
The strength comes back — when the foundation is ready.

Running to move.

Lately, I’m training with more intention.
Three days focused on strength, two days dedicated to running —
not to push harder, but to move better and feel more capable overall.

This balance feels right for this phase.
Less chaos, more purpose.
Just showing up, following the plan, and letting the body adapt.
