This week started strong.
I ran 5 km for the first time in my life.
I slept better and longer than I have in the past 16 months. 🥲
But I couldn’t follow my training plan the way I wanted to.
Few days ago I did weights, Today, I pushed myself again but, I completed 2/3 of the workout and then stopped.
I couldn’t really feel my body.
I got dizzy — and that was my sign. 💀
And that’s okay.
Not every day is about pushing harder.
Not every win looks like finishing everything you planned.
Sometimes, the real win is knowing when to stop.
There’s a limit to everything.
Strength isn’t about ignoring it —
it’s about respecting it.
