The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and a professional demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination
• Arrange travel and accommodations as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Conduct research and assist in project management tasks
• Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls on behalf of [Executive/Department]
• Perform general administrative duties and other support as assigned
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Dubai. you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling communication.
