Goddess pose๐Ÿ’ ~ we have the power to heal ourself & we need to know that/unleash that ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ซ

This pose helps to a strengthen the entire body, great for those who have sedentary lifestyle.
It fires up the whole lower body, glutes, hips, thighs, calves & ankles.
Try this pose, takes only 10sec to try ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ซ , also remember we will always fail in our first attempt ,so keep trying regularly โœจ๐Ÿ’ซ
P.S I had to try 20 times to get into a stable pose & a picture ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿค—

Excellent for our younger generation, whose sedentary lifestyle has made their back like a sack ;) loaded with stiffness, pain, heaviness and discomfort :)
This will immediately relief from โœ…lower back stiffness
โœ… backache
โœ…improve blood circulation
โœ…improve digestion
โœ… stretch entire spine, wrists, arms, chest & abdomen
โœ…strengthens and lengthens the spine to build a strong core

Try it 3-4times , while holding the pose for at-least 5second each time .

Try this pose, it helps in rebalancing and restoring our energy levels & brings a quick boost to our mood.

Takes 4-5min to practise & itโ€™s okay if we fall while trying ๐Ÿ™‚

Try to lift one leg (behind) and hands both together as you lean forward, find balance in one leg and be still using your breath. Shift your entire focus to your breath and you shall be able to balance ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
