It’s like we have been transported back to 2019. Everyone at home, except then I had a little baby not sleeping through the night. I prayed, cried and after sometime discovered sleep training which really helped with the sleep schedule.

Now 2026 everyone is at home and it can get overwhelming. Yes I am grateful we are safe but please can we get a break already 😂

If you are feeling restless , any anxiety or fear you can do this anywhere, anytime. Make sure to keep gap between eating anything. Start with 2-3 minutes morning and evening and increase to 5-10 minutes. Prithvi mufta grounds you and makes your mind more stable.
