"التخصصي" يحتفل بمرور 25 عاماً على تأسيس مركز الملك فهد الوطني لأورام الأطفال

احتفل مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث باليوبيل الفضي لتأسيس مركز الملك فهد الوطني لأورام الأطفال، بمناسبة مرور 25 عامًا من الريادة في علاج أورام الأطفال، محققًا نسب استجابة للعلاج تماثل النسب العالمية، وذلك في جناح المستشفى بملتقى الصحة العالمي 2025 في الرياض.

ومنذ تأسيسه في العام 1997، برز مركز الملك فهد الوطني لأورام الأطفال كمرجع إقليمي رائد في طب أورام الأطفال واضطرابات الدم وزراعة الخلايا الجذعية المكوِّنة للدم، بسعة 66 سريراً، حيث يستقبل سنويًا أكثر من 700 مريض جديد.

ويُعد برنامج زرع الخلايا الجذعية المُكوِّنة للدم لدى الأطفال في المركز الأكبر من نوعه على مستوى المنطقة، إذ يُجري أكثر من 150 عملية سنويًا، ضمن إجمالي 3318 عملية زراعة أُجريت في مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي منذ عام 1993، ما يجعلها من بين الأعلى عالميًا في أعداد زراعة الخلايا الجذعية للأطفال. ويأتي ذلك ضمن منظومة متكاملة تُقدّم رعاية شاملة للأطفال المصابين بمختلف أنواع السرطان واضطرابات الدم منذ الولادة وحتى سن الرابعة عشرة، مرتكزة على خبرةٍ سريريةٍ متقدمة وأبحاثٍ متطورة تُسهم في تقديم رعاية صحية بمعايير عالمية.

وأسهم المركز في تقليل الحاجة للسفر خارج المملكة عبر برامجه العلاجية المتقدمة، التي شملت العلاج بالخلايا المناعية للأطفال المصابين بابيضاض الدم والأورام اللمفاوية، وعلاج الورم العصبي بالخلايا المشعة كأول برنامج من نوعه في المنطقة، والعلاج الكيميائي داخل الشريان لعلاج الورم الأرومي الشبكي والذي يُعد الوحيد المخصص للأطفال في المملكة.

وإلى جانب الرعاية السريرية، يوفر المركز رعاية تلطيفية لدعم الأطفال الذين يعانون من حالات محددة الحياة وأسرهم، مما يضمن دعماً شاملاً طوال رحلتهم. وقد ساهم التزام المركز بدمج الأبحاث في تطوير بروتوكولات علاج أورام الأطفال، مما أدى إلى ارتفاع معدلات البقاء على قيد الحياة للعديد من سرطانات الأطفال.

يُذكر أن مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث صُنف الأول في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، والـ 15 عالميًا ضمن قائمة أفضل 250 مؤسسة رعاية صحية أكاديمية حول العالم لعام 2025، والعلامة التجارية الصحية الأعلى قيمة في المملكة والشرق الأوسط، وذلك بحسب "براند فاينانس" لعام 2024، كما أُدرج ضمن قائمة نيوزويك لأفضل مستشفيات العالم لعام 2025، وأفضل المستشفيات الذكية لعام 2026، وأفضل المستشفيات التخصصية لعام 2026

إنجاز عالمي يسجل باسم المملكة
"التخصصي" ينجح في استئصال ورم دماغي باستخدام الروبوت لأول مرة في العالم

الرياض: 20 أكتوبر
في إنجازٍ رائد في الجراحة الروبوتية على مستوى العالم، نجح مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض في استئصال ورم دماغي داخل تجويف الجمجمة باستخدام الروبوت الجراحي، لمريض يبلغ من العمر 68 عاماً، كان يُعاني من ورم سحائي بحجم يُقارب 4.5 سنتيمترات، تسبب له في آلام متكررة وتراجع في التركيز.

وبفضل تنفيذ الجراحة بالروبوت، تمكن الفريق الطبي من تقليل الأثر الجراحي وتسريع تعافي المريض، حيث غادر المستشفى خلال أقل من أربعٍ وعشرين ساعة، وهو ما يعد وقتًا قياسيًا في جراحات الدماغ، ما جعل هذه النتيجة مؤشرًا واضحًا على فعالية التدخل المحدود في جراحات الدماغ المتقدمة مقارنة بالجراحة التقليدية التي تمتد معها إقامة المريض من أربعة إلى سبعة أيام.

ووصف معالي الرئيس التنفيذي لمستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث، الدكتور ماجد الفياض الإنجاز بأنه يُجسّد ثمرة لبيئة الابتكار التي أرستها رؤية السعودية 2030، وترسيخٌ لمساهمة المملكة في تشكيل مستقبل الممارسات الطبية، انطلاقًا من رؤية تتمحور حول المريض وتضع تحسين جودة حياته في جوهر كل ما يتحقق من تطوّر وابتكار.

وخلال العملية التي استغرقت نحو ثلاث ساعات، تمكّن الفريق من استئصال الورم بالكامل بدقة عالية، مستخدمًا أذرعًا آلية متطورة تُدار عبر نظام بصري يُتيح رؤية مجسّمة للأنسجة الدقيقة. وتَمثّل التحدي في التحكم داخل مساحة محدودة تحيط بها أعصاب وشرايين حيوية، ما استدعى تنسيقًا دقيقًا بين الجراح والملاحة العصبية لضمان سلامة المراكز الحساسة في الدماغ.

واستعاد المريض وعيه بعد ساعات قليلة من انتهاء العملية، واستطاع تحريك أطرافه والتحدث بصورة طبيعية، في مؤشر على نجاح الإجراء في تقليل الأثر الجراحي وتسريع التعافي، مقارنة بالطرق التقليدية التي تستدعي بقاء أطول وإعادة تأهيل أوسع.

وأوضح استشاري جراحة المخ وأورام الدماغ في مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض، رئيس الفريق الطبي المنفذ للعملية، الدكتور حمود بن عبدالعزيز الدهش، أن التقنية الروبوتية تمتاز بإمكانات هائلة تتيح دقة متناهية وتحكماً عالياً أثناء الجراحة، مؤكداً أن مغادرة المريض المستشفى في اليوم نفسه بكامل وعيه ودون مضاعفات تجسّد ما تحققه هذه التقنية من نقلة نوعية في جراحة الأعصاب.

وسابقًا، كانت مثلُ هذه العملية تُجرى من خلال استخدام أدوات يدوية تحت المجهر الجراحي، وكانت دقّة التنفيذ محدودة بعوامل بشرية وتقنية. أمّا اليوم، فقد أتاح نهج الجراحة الروبوتية سلاسةً أكبر في حركة الأدوات، والحدّ من ارتعاش اليد، ورؤية ثلاثية الأبعاد عالية الدقّة، ما يضمن تشريحًا أكثر دقّة واستئصالًا أكثر أمانًا للورم مع الحفاظ على سلامة الأنسجة العصبية المحيطة وتقليل احتمالية الخطأ.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن سلسلة من النجاحات لمستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث التي عززت مكانته كمرجع عالمي في مجال الجراحة الروبوتية، حيث نجح في إجراء أول عملية زرع قلب طبيعي كاملة بالروبوت في العالم، في حدث تناقلته وسائل الإعلام المحلية والعالمية، كما نجح في زراعة أول كبد بالروبوت في العالم، مما يعكس التزام المستشفى بتقديم حلول طبية مبتكرة تواكب أحدث التطورات التقنية، وترسخ ريادته في تقديم رعاية صحية تخصصية على مستوى عالمي.

أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة 8 أكتوبر 2025: أعلن مستشفى كليفلاند كلينك أبوظبي، بالتعاون مع شركة "آرتشر للطيران" (المُدرجة في بورصة نيويورك بالرمز: ACHR)، عن عزمه إنشاء أول مهبط للطائرات العمودية داخل مستشفى في دولة الإمارات لإتاحة وصول مباشر للطائرات الكهربائية ذات الإقلاع والهبوط العمودي (eVTOL) إلى أحد أبرز المرافق الطبية في المنطقة.
ويهدف إنشاء المهبط إلى تمكين الركاب من الانتقال بين مستشفى كليفلاند كلينك أبوظبي ومواقع قريبة خلال دقائق معدودة، ما يساهم في تقليص أوقات الانتقال بواسطة وسائل النقل الأرضية التقليدية إلى حدّ كبير.

تمثل هذه الشراكة خطوة جديدة ضمن خطط "آرتشر" لإطلاق عملياتها التجارية في أبوظبي. وتهدف الشركة إلى دعم مستشفى كليفلاند كلينك أبوظبي في ترقية مهبط الطائرات الحالي، ليكون قادراً على استقبال كلٍّ من المروحيات التقليدية والطائرات الكهربائية العمودية.
وفي هذا السياق، قال برايان بيرنهارد، الرئيس التنفيذي للنموّ والبنية التحتية في "آرتشر": ""تُجسّد هذه الشراكة رؤية ’آرتشر‘لشبكة النقل الجوي المستقبلية، فهي لا تربط بين الأماكن فحسب، بل تصل أيضاً بين ركائز الحياة في أبوظبي. وبعد حصولنا في وقت سابق من هذا العام على الموافقة لأول مهبط جوي عمودي هجين في محطة أبوظبي للسفن السياحية، يُبرهن هذا الموقع الجديد على التقدم المشترك بين ’آرتشر‘ والهيئة العامة للطيران المدني في بناء منظومة متكاملة للنقل الجوي المتقدم على امتداد العاصمة الإماراتية.".
