تخرج الدكتور مناف طاهر آغا من كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة حلب عام 1996 وبدأ بممارسة طب الأسنان في عيادته الخاصة في سوريا
حصل على درجة الماستر في ليزر طب الأسنان من أكاديمية الليزر من جامعة فيينا الطبية في النمسا عام 2006
انتقل الى دبي عام 2007 حيث التحق بعيادة نيولايف ستايل كمدير طبي ورئيس قسم الاسنان
انضم الى فريق العمل في عيادة ليبرتي عام 2009 كمدير لعيادة ليزر طب الأسنان وما يزال يمارس المهنة في كلتيهما
استاذ مساق الليزر والتقنيات الحديثة في كلية طب الأسنان بجامعة عجمان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا منذ عام 2007، ورئيس لوحدة أبحاث الليزر في نفس الكلية
يشغل حالياً منصب سكرتير عام الأكاديمية العالمية لتعليم الليزر ومقرها فيينا
عضو في أكاديمية ليزر طب الأسنان-الينوي ،الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية
عضو في الجمعية العالمية لتطبيقات الليزر الفموية –فيينا
عضو في جمعية الامارات الطبية
عضو في نقابة أطباء الأسنان بسوريا –حلب
عضو في الجمعية السورية لمكافحة السرطان-حلب
له العديد من المقلات والابحاث المنشورة

- Graduated in 1996, from the Faculty of Dentistry in Aleppo University, D.D.S degree.
- Worked in his private clinic as GP Dentis.
- In 2006 he finished his laser studies and obtained his Master Degree in Laser Dentistry from the ESOLA Laser Academy, in Vienna University, Dental School, Austria.
- Finished his courses in the Holistic and bio Dentistry
- The year 2007 Dr. Manaf shifted to Dubai joined the New Life Style Clinic (Jumeirah), as the head of the Dental Department, and Medical Director.
- Two years later in 2009 Dr. Manaf joined Liberty Dental Clinic as the Head of Laser Department, presently he divides his time practicing in two separate locations, New Life Style Clinic & the Liberty Dental Clinic.
- He is currently the Secretary General of the International Academy For Laser Education, based in Vienna.
- Dr. Manaf Agha has Membership with the following prestigious Dental Societies in the World:
.Emirates Medical Association
.Syrian Dental Association.
.International Society for Oral Laser Applications.
.Syrian Society against Cancer-Aleppo Branch.
.ALD Academy of Laser Dentistry, USA..

- A published author for several papers on laser dentistry
- Dr. Manaf is the head of the laser research unit at the AJMAN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY NETWORK, FACULTY OF DENTISTRY, and handling the Laser & Modern Technology Course for pre-graduates.
- His affiliation with Academy of Complimentary Medicine Dubai, (Low Level Laser Therapy) brings his stature in the Dentistry field to another level.
