Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being or specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, exercise, hygiene and rest. It is a set of attributes or characteristics that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity. Before the industrial revolution, fitness was the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. However with automation and changes in lifestyles physical fitness is now considered a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations.[1]


اللياقة البدنية هو الحالة العامة للصحة والرفاه أو على وجه التحديد القدرة على تنفيذ الجوانب الرياضية أو المهن. ويتم تحقيق اللياقة البدنية عموما من خلال التغذية الصحيحة وممارسة الرياضة والنظافة والراحة. وهي عبارة عن مجموعة من الصفات أو الخصائص أن الناس لديهم أو التي تتعلق تحقيق القدرة على أداء النشاط البدني.

قبل الثورة الصناعية، كان للياقة البدنية والقدرة على تنفيذ أنشطة اليوم دون تعب لا مبرر له. ولكن مع الأتمتة والتغيرات في أنماط الحياة اللياقة البدنية يعتبر الآن مقياسا لقدرة الجسم على العمل بكفاءة وفعالية في أنشطة العمل ووقت الفراغ، وتكون صحية، لمقاومة الأمراض ناقص الحراك، وتلبية حالات الطوارئ.

واللي كان بعيد بقيت واقف وسطه

لسه فاكر نفسي زمان بتفرّج على السباق ده في التلفزيون
ودلوقتي واقف جوّه McLaren F1 Team
وجزء من الرحلة وصلني لغاية McLaren Team Center في لندن
والنهارده بشجّعهم في الفورميلا هنا في أبوظبي

ولا صدفة ولا حظ
ده شغل والتزام وانضباط وسنين طويلة محدش شافها

ومع Optimum Nutrition × McLaren
الموضوع ما بقاش حلم
بقى بداية لحاجة أكبر

وفي حاجة مهمة جاية
هعلن عنها بعدين

The dream I used to watch on TV I’m standing inside it now
From watching races on a screen to stepping inside the McLaren Team Center in London
and today cheering for them at Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi

No luck no chance
Just work discipline and years no one saw

قبل ما الإيفنت يبدأ، كان في لحظة تركيز من الفريق كله.
مفيش حد كان بيشتغل لوحده كلنا فريق واحد وهدف واحد.

ومع انطلاق الإيفنت AXIS بالتعاون مع Dubai Fitness Challenge و Huawei الصورة بقت واضحة:
تنظيم مضبوط، حضور قوي، وشغل واضح من البداية للنهاية.
وبالرغم من إن عدد الناس كان أكبر من المتوقع، الشغل فضل ماشي بثبات وبنفس المستوى.

النجاح اللي الناس شافته ماكنش صدفة.
ده نتيجة التزام، وترتيب، وفريق بيشتغل بروح واحدة.

والأسبوع ده عندنا خطوة جديدة:
افتتاح فرع جديد لـ AXIS في دبي شارع الشيخ زايد — خطوة بنكبر بيها وبتقوّي مستوى شغلنا أكتر

AXIS × Dubai Fitness Challenge × Huawei.
One team. One goal.
Bigger crowd, same control.

Success wasn’t luck — it was discipline.
