The last one I DEFINITELY wouldn't do now I have kids‼️

I feel like I've lived several lives over 🤣

Everything I've done, every competition, every training session, every career decision makes me the coach I am today.

I understand, I have empathy but I also know it's hard work and if you want results you need to trust the coach you're working with.

Here's how she did it, step by step 👇

👉 3/4 months Postpartum she started a personalised rehab program. Focussed on gentle deep core, mobility and body weight exercises.

👉Built in the habit to create consistancy.

👉Ate for fuel, healing and energy. No restrictions focus was support breast feeding and fuel for looking after 3 kids.

👉Steadily increased progress and intensity over several months, changing and adapting as we went. Made small tweaks to nutrition.

👉Once sleep increased we introduced a 3rd workout and made some simple changes to nutrition.

👉Once everything was balanced and the body felt safe Nutrition became a big focus and some added cardio was introduced.

The plan has to be specific to you, it has to slowly increase in intensity based on your lifestyle to create a safe environment for your body to build muscle, lose fat and function optimally.

She’d lost confidence, not motivation — and that distinction matters.

I hear this so much..... I dont have confidence in my body anymore.... I don't know what it can do!

Post children we can lose our identity for some time, we dont recognise ourselves and it can be hard to know where to begin.

Before you know it.... Years have gone by and you still feel stuck or lost.

A time comes when the back ache becomes too much, the lack of energy and tiredness is too much and you realise you need to something for YOU and your future health!

The mums I work with are all at different points in their journey, they all make progress at their own pace and the biggest win for all of them is their mindset and expectations of their body.

We learn to focus on increasing energy and strength not numbers on the scale. We focus on improving sleep and clothes fitting a bit better not ridiculous restrictive diets, we learn to listen to our body and train progressively not silly high intense workouts that cause burn out.....

With the G.O METHOD its about the whole lifestyle AND LONGEVITY❗
