When I look backโ€ฆ it was a dark place.

After having Pearl, I think I was in shock.
Iโ€™d always been active, never had surgery, never struggled with my weight โ€”
and suddenly I was recovering from a C-section, facing a 3.5cm diastasis, and carrying 16kg extra.

To say I felt a mix of emotions is an understatement.
