Going from nothing to 5 days a week

Going from enjoying food to cutting out everything you enjoy

Cutting calories to 1500 and below 🙈

She couldn’t show up last January… now it’s non-negotiable. Here’s how she finally did it ⬇️

I hear this often..... I start and then cant stick to this. Debbie's story was one I'd heard over and over....

🙄 Would usually go all in a 100 miles an hour, thinking she had to train 5 times a week and hour at a time.

🙄Cut out carbs and everything she enjoyed

🙄Restrict calories

🙄Do loads of cardio.

Debbie had done this and ended up in a stop start cycle.... Feeling burnt out, craving sugar and de-motivated.

After our initial chat we made a SUSTAINABLE plan!

One that worked for her❗

💕She now exercises just 3 times a week for 30-45 mins

💞Nothing is off limits in her diet instead she now eats with awareness and is more educated about nutrition so she can make better choices and find a balance that works for her.

💕Her energy is consistant

💞She looked at all aspects of her life❗ Not just exercise.

⚡1 YEAR LATER and this January is completely different! A whole year of being consistant because she finally found the right plan!!! ⚡

2025 has been a year of planning, prepping and learning.

I cannot wait for 2026 A Year NUMBER 1 and the year of the Horse.....New beginnings!
