This young woman came to us with:
- Underbite of front tooth/anterior crossbite
- Upper right central incisor erupted behind the lower anterior teeth
- CL III dental malocclusion on CL I skeletal relationship
- Sever crowding
- Narrow dental arches
Patient was very concerned about her smile and asked to improve her bite, alignment of teeth and smile.
In cases were upper front teeth erupts like this, we opt to start treatment as soon as possible to avoid growth disorders of the upper and lower jaws, leaving it untreated early may lead to complications that requires surgery for best results. Luckily for this lady, no surgery was needed 😊
Treatment of choice for this case was removable Clear Aligners to resolve the above issues and restore the correct occlusion/bite.
Patient cooperation was excellent and issues were resolved beautifully giving her straight teeth and beautiful smile 😁
