Hi there,
I been working in the fitness industry for 18 years and been blessed with working around the world with an assortment of clients from stay at home mums and young teens to athletes and VIPs. I am educated by the highest certifications and have the experience to back up my knowledge. Its not just about making you sweat and sore, anyone can do that. I specialize in how to remove body fat permanently leaving toned physiques. Some clients are not actually looking to lose any weight, they just want to lose body fat. With the junk that we eat it's no surprise we are clogging ourselves up...
This is a perfect way to help undo some of the damage.
Maybe drink more of this and eat less of the cloggy crappy foods that just taste so great.
Look after your heart cos it's the only one you have and if it stops a beating' you stop a livin'.

OK. So to some it may not taste that great....
And that includes me.
I'm not a fan but I am a fan of chocolate and I am a fan of abs.... So what is a person to do...
I break the thin squares in half and literally take a mouse size bite of the corner and I suck it...
It just evaporates in my mouth...
It's not the sort of chocolate I want to chew through and consume the pack, like most other sugary tastier options.
It satisfies my craving, keeps me lean and reading below seems the best option.

I love nuts and eat them every day, usually in my morning shake, or as a snack between meals.
I cycle my nuts so that I'm not eating the same ones day in and day out.
I don't eat them at weekends, I just stick to 5 days a week.
I would love to wash and soak them and slow dry them on a low heat or here in Dubai leave them in the natural sunlight but sadly I'm just too lazy for it... But I highly HIGHLY recommend you doing it as it makes them more readily digestible.
Just distinguish the difference between a handful a day and a shovelful.
This is all best done with an effective training program...

I often speak with clients about the importance of managing your estrogen levels. It's what takes the curvaciousness OUT of your butt, increases the fat on the legs and for guys increases the fat on your pecs giving you that man b**b appearance...
Not cool in any aspect. High levels of estrogen really does no body any favours.
So this is a great article and I'm going to follow it up with the link underneath it about reducing estrogen toxicity.
These are really really important reads people so please spend the 5m it requires to gain some knowledge and act upon it...

Finally a simple breakdown of just how easy it is to eat too much of what you love the most...
We all wonder why we don't lose the weight as quick as we should. But that extra slice, extra spoonful, drink on the go, second shot, one for the road, just another half; it all adds up. Just think about what you are eating as well as how much of it you are eating. If you have to question yourself, you know it probably isn't that good for you.
Step up if you want to shape up, it really isn't that hard. Just make a decision and stick to that decision, regardless.
