hLow density, posterior maxilla bone presents a challenge in many clinical cases. Limited bone height and quality can impact the stability, and ultimately, survival of the implant. These cases often require a complicated, invasive surgical procedure to address the multiple challenges.
Densah® Burs are effective in highly atrophic posterior maxilla cases. Using the osseodensification technique, Densah® Burs are able to achieve crestal sinus elevation and higher primary (and secondary) stability in a simplified, minimally invasive procedure. A 2022 clinical study found no evidence of membrane perforations or complication reports in the 6-month follow-up period, and all implants achieved osseointegration successfully.
