Sarah el Nabulsi, MS.c., M.A.
“I believe that if we don’t master our minds we will forever be vulnerable to worries, anxieties, depression and to the changing circumstances of life; we will miss out on the joys that we do have and the ones we are capable of creating in our lives.”
As species we are continuously evolving, we excelled at meeting our primary needs through the industrial revolution; food, shelter, and physical safety; now, we find ourselves having the awareness and luxury of thinking about our more complex needs such as love, true connection, purpose, and life satisfaction. As we should. I believe that life can be lived in peace, inner freedom and outer success but first we must master our mind.
We must fine tune that neurological miracle of a machine and elevate it’s ability to perceive the world in a manner that brings us joy and life satisfaction. If we don’t, we are left with it’s instinctual tendency to worry intensely about the future, be saddened endlessly about the past and miss out on all the blessings we do have in the present.
With 15 years of experience in the art and science of self-exploration and self-development, I can help you restore balance to your life. If you have been struggling with severe symptoms we will start there and work our way to a better inner state and consequently better life circumstances. I have worked with adults and adolescents on various issues with varying intensities, university students in the U.S. and Canada, very busy businessmen and women from various nationalities working in the G.C.C. etc. We worked on:
