🔥 Upper Knee Pain? Here’s Why & How to Fix It! 🔥
Common Causes:
✔️ Overuse (running, jumping, workouts)
✔️ Weak thigh muscles (quadriceps)
✔️ Tight muscles (hamstrings, IT band)
✔️ Poor form during exercise
✔️ Patellar tendonitis (common in athletes)
Quick Fixes:
🛑 Rest– Take a break from high-impact activities.
💪 Strengthen– Try leg lifts & squats (keep knees behind toes!).
🧘 Stretch– Loosen quads, hamstrings & IT band daily.
🧊 Ice– 15 mins, 2-3x/day if swollen.
👟 Check Shoes– Worn-out soles? Replace them!
